Meet The Staff
Our expert team, led by A. Reza Miremadi, DDS, MD, board certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, includes an experienced staff in oral and maxillofacial procedures such as wisdom teeth, dental implants and bone grafting; reconstructive procedures such as jaw deformity correction and facial trauma surgery and such facial cosmetic surgery procedures as facial and neck liposuction, facial implants as well as BOTOX® Cosmetic and facial fillers.
We provide the highest standard of professional care in a friendly, safe, comfortable environment located at 576 North Main street, Springboro, OH and 2355 Lakeview Drive, Beavercreek, OH.
Our surgical assistants are all either DAANCE certified or eligible and are well versed in surgical and anesthesia techniques.
Angie – Practice Manager/Head Financial Officer
Angie has been with the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery since 2005. She has worked at every administrative level and is now Practice Manager and Head Financial Officer. She enjoys working with patients and assisting in navigating the administrative and financial side of their care. Outside of the office, Angie enjoys spending time with her dogs, socializing with family and friends, concerts, reading, hiking, and having fun any way possible.

Caitlin- Office Manager
Caitlin graduated from Ross Medical back in 2014 for Dental Assistant, where she went on to be a dental assistant for 7 years. She wanted to step away from assisting and started working for the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery in 2021 where she began at the check in position and worked her way to Office Manager. She enjoys being a problem solver and managing the schedule day to day. When Caitlin is not at work, she is enjoying time with her husband and two boys. They love to go to baseball games, go camping and make memories with each other. Her main hobby is photography.

Sheila- Lead Surgical Assistant
Sheila is a dedicated and passionate Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with an impressive tenure of over 20 years at the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery. Sheila takes great pride in providing exceptional care to patients and ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout their procedures. Sheila’s extensive experience has honed her skills admirably allowing her to assist CFOS surgeons in the office as well as Miami Valley hospital operating rooms. Beyond CFOS she finds immense peace and inspiration in the great outdoors with her love for skiing and beauty of nature. She believes that immersing oneself in nature is essential for maintaining a healthy mind and spirit and it feeds her passion for helping others.

Amber S.- Lead Surgical Assistant
Amber has 20 years of experience in the dental field. She received her certification at Kaplan College in Texas. Amber joined the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery in 2014. She enjoys talking to patients and getting to know them. Outside of the office she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her husband and 2 daughters.

Audra started with the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery in October of 2023. She lives in Springboro with her husband and two kids ; Eden and Ryker. They have a Boston Terrier, named Izzo, who is absolutely spoiled and loved to death. Her family enjoys being outdoors, especially a good bonfire and/ or a beach. In her free time, she likes to try new recipes, decorate, or read a great book.

Chloe- Front Desk Assistant
Chloe started with the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery in February of 2024. She lives in Englewood with her dog, Samantha, and cat, Lucy. Chloe enjoys reading and working out if she is not playing with her animals. Her favorite part of the job is getting to meet new people and helping them.

Madison C- Surgical Assistant
Madison started with the Center for Facial and Oral Surgery in April of 2024 shortly after graduating from Warren County Career Center for Dental Assisting. She has two dogs who are extremely spoiled, Aspen and Dakota. She enjoys going on trips, shopping, trying new foods and spending time with family and friends.
